Social Professionals
We run case discussion groups for kindergarten teachers. The Bálint group method provides the basis for these groups, but we don’t stick to every rule rigidly. During the case discussion sessions we highlight the importance of learning from each other, and the power of personal and professional self-reflection.
We organise company voluntary days in our partner kindergartens, creating a meaningful shared experience between company volunteers and kindergarten employees and moving away from the less meaningful practice of CSR events, like fence painting.
